Great location, comfortable rooms and bed, staff exceptionally nice. All floors are hardwood which makes it a bit cold but modern. Healdsburg spa is party of the hotel group so wonderful massages are just a block away. Town square half a block. Never without singing fun to do.

Delicious dinner options and dog-friendly. Those are the best elements. The rest are less appealing. Hot eggs and potatoes at breakfast extra charge) are bland and unseasoned. So/so continental buffet was decimated at 8:30 and it took multiple requests to replenish it. Rooms need more outlets and flat space, esp in bathroom. New pillows are a puzzle—they are enormous, extremely heavy and they pack down like cement. We asked for and received two regular pillows. “Cool” factor reigns over guest comfort.

The friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Ellie at the front desk made the check in and stay even better. Also, as I was checking in, I mentioned to the staff I accidentally left my dog’s bed in the car, and they said not to worry as they have beds and bowls, and when I got to the room, both were already there. Thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-thought out. Sometimes it’s the little things, like a cute stool in the shower for shaving, hooks by the door, amble lighting options and closet space, a steamer, and more. Each room also has a balcony which was nice especially for my small dog who likes to lay in the sun. The bed was comfortable as well. The pool area was nice and relaxing, and you can also access the Harmon Guest House’s pool. The overall hotel is modern and very clean, with a vibrant but chill lounge area. Finally, can’t beat this location—it’s right by the square and walkable to everything.

This modern hotel is right there in downtown Healdsburg, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, wine tasting rooms, etc. The hotel itself is excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and balcony was a great bonus. Service was very good overall. Complimentary continental breakfast was great as well. I can highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

Great value for the price! The rooms were spacious and clean. The valet parking was convenient. The hotel was super walkable to lots of restaurants. There was no concierge at this hotel but there was on we were able to utilize at a sister property two blocks away.

We stayed at H2hotel in Healdsburg for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, and our room was cozy with a lovely view. We especially enjoyed the relaxing backyard area and the overall charm of the hotel. The town itself is beautiful, with plenty to explore just a short walk away. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Healdsburg!

This hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Healdsburg. It’s walkable to tons of restaurants, shops, wineries, and bars. The rooms are a good size and have a balcony. The beds were slightly hard which was the only negative. I feel like towels are a way that I judge a hotel and H2’s towels were big and plush. Definitely what I look for in a hotel towel. One thing I loved was that snacks in the room were free and could be replenished! Appreciated that little perk. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was really good. Service was a little slower, but after wine tasting, it was a nice pace. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Location is perfect and the rooms are nicely decorated. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We had the cheaper rate that put our room facing the street which can be noisy and a bother for some. There are interior rooms that you can choose or be sure to request when booking. The only down side of the room is the lack of counter space in the bathroom. However, they provide a couple snacks and a bottle of wine for free. We were there during the holidays and the lobby was decorated and felt cozy. The staff was very friendly and super helpful.
